If you haven't already, download Ray's Autoclicker from https://apps.ray-y.co.uk/apps/download/rays-auto-clicker.html
After you have downloaded the app, run the .msi (Microsoft Installer) installer and follow the steps it tells you to.
After opening the app for the first time, you will be greeted with a UI that looks like this:

Click the settings icon that is highlighted in red

You will be greeted with a settings UI that looks like this.
There will already be some default settings that have been already checked.
You can customize any option you want in this settings menu. Once you're done changing any settings, click the Back Arrow (<) to save your settings.

If you only change your theme, then you do not have to save and restart the application. However if you change any option in one of the checkboxes, you do have to save and restart.

The "Let App run in Background" setting does as it says on the tin. If you close the app then the application will continue to run, letting you continue to toggle on and off the autoclicker using your hotkey without having to have the app constantly in your taskbar. If you want to show the application again, you can look in your System Tray for Ray's Autoclicker and then Right click on the icon for options.

The "Automatically Check for Updates" setting allows you to toggle if you would like the app to contact the API to ask if theres an new update when you launch the app.

The "Enable Sound Effects" setting allows you to toggle if you would like there to be a sound effect when you toggle the autoclicker. If you click the checkbox then you will open a menu asking you if you would like Normal Sound Effects or sound effects Inspired by Minecraft Note Blocks. You can preview what each sound effect sounds like by clicking the little speaker icon next to any of the sound effects.
