Using the Support Tool - Ray's Autoclicker
Note: This guide should only be followed if you're in a support ticket and you've been linked to this guide.
To help us diagnose any issues that you might be having with the app, we bundled in a Support Tool that you can use to help give us any information that could help us diagnose the issue as well as fixing any issues that have appeared before.
The support tool isn't an application itself that you can find in your start menu. Instead it's under this Path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ray\RaysAutoclicker2
Look for a file called
Support-and-Repair-Tool.exe
in that folder and run it.An app that looks like this should open:

First, click Attempt to fix Common Issues. Once you've done that, please try and open the main app again.
If you still cannot open the app, then please click and follow the steps in the Show Event-View Steps and send us the information in the ticket
If we need, we may ask you for the Support Log. This can give us details that can help us try and reproduce or spot the cause of the root issue.
Please be patient with us while we try and figure out what is causing the bug as we are a team of 1 developer and 2 support members.
We will look into the issue and hopefully issue a fix as soon as possible if we can properly figure out the cause of the issue.
